精准医学时代下胸部肿瘤生物样本库规范化建设

The standardized construction of thoracic tumor biobank in the era of precision medicine

近年来,随着转化医学的发展以及国家对生物样本资源的重视与投入,国内生物样本库作为转化医学的基石和多学科合作的系统工程,取得了长足的发展。然而快速的发展,接踵而来的问题也日益凸显。2008年,上海交通大学附属胸科医院依托丰富的胸部肿瘤临床样本资源,建立了以肺癌为主的胸部肿瘤生物样本库。作者总结了从事生物样本库一线工作的经验,并对目前存在的问题进行剖析,旨在交流问题,希望在一定程度上能够为精准医学时代的生物样本库规范建设提供思路。

In recent years,with the development of translational medicine and national attention and investment in biological sample resources,the domestic biobank has made great strides as a cornerstone of translational medicine and a systematic project of multidisciplinary cooperation. However,the rapid development of the following problems has become increasingly prominent. In 2008,Shanghai Chest Hospital relied on a wealth of clinical samples of chest tumor resources to establish a chest cancer biobank. This article summarizes the author＇s experience in the first-line work of the biobank and analyzes the current problems so as to exchange ideas and hopes to provide some ideas for the construction of the biobank standard in the era of precision medicine.
