基于医案数据处理的更年期综合征辨证论治理论转化

Treatment of syndrome differentiation of menopausal syndrome based on medical data processing

目的从医案数据处理结果中研究分析中医论治更年期综合征的规律。方法借助关联规则和熵聚类数据的挖掘方法整理搜集到的有关中医治疗更年期综合征的医案,从中获取本病的治疗规律与方法。结果数据统计结果显示中医辨证论治更年期综合征的证型主要为肾虚肝旺证、肝肾阴虚证、心肾不交证等,治疗原则以清肝益肾、疏肝解郁、养心安神等为主,使用药物以培补肝肾药、疏肝理气药、健脾益气药为主,挖掘得到45组核心药对和11个新处方。结论对于女性更年期综合征的治疗,中医辨证论治规律突出,思路清晰,从医案数据中总结本病治疗思路和方法具备一定可行性和实用性。

Objective To study the traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of menopausal syndrome from the processing results of medical data. Methods With the help of association rules and entropy clustering data mining method for collection of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of menopausal syndrome,from which to obtain the treatment methods of the disease. Results The data statistics showed that traditional Chinese medicine sigms of menopausal syndromes are mainly the type of deficiency of kidney and hyperactivity of liver-fire,syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency,disharmony of heart and kidney,etc. The principle of treatment is to clean liver and benefit kidney,to relieve liver qi stagnation,and nourishing heart to calm mind,ect. Using the compensation liver and kidney medicine,calming liver to disperse qi decoction,strengthening spleen and replenishing qi drug,excavated 45 groups of core drug pairs and 11 new prescriptions. Conclusion Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation has obvious rule and clear thinking of the treatment of female climacteric syndrome. Its idea and method is feasibility and practicality to the disease treatment.
