加拿大食品安全监管体系与启示

Food Safety Supervision System in Canada and its Enlightenment

加拿大从农田到餐桌有着较为成熟、完善的食品安全管理体系,是世界上食品安全体系最为完善的国家之一。本文介绍了加拿大食品检验局的国内外食品监管方面的职能、食品安全增强项目、进口监控计划以及加拿大食品安全法规及其公私合作思想,初步探讨了加拿大食品安全法规体系的发展情况,阐述了加拿大食品安全体系对我国食品安全监管的几点启示。

As one of the most perfect food safety system in the world,Canada has a relatively mature and perfect food safety management system from farmland to dining table. This paper introduced the food safety enhancement project,and also meat,fish and aquatic products import monitoring program of the Canadian food inspection agency, the domestic and foreign food regulatory functions was analyzed. By introducing the Canadian food safety regulations and company cooperation ideas, the article preliminary explored the development for food safety regulation system of Canada, analyzed that how can Canada become the world’ s first-class country in food safety. Finally, a brief description of inspiration for Canada＇s Food Safety System to China was given by the article.
