摘要
水苏糖是天然存在的一种四糖,也是大豆低聚糖的主要功能性组分,属于非消化寡糖。本文从改善动物肠道菌群组成、提高机体免疫力和提高动物生产性能等方面,综述了水苏糖的理化特性,及其在人类食品领域和家禽、猪、水产等动物生产领域的应用研究进展。
Stachyose,a naturally occurring tetrasaccharide,is a major functional component of soybean oligosaccharides. It belongs to non-digestible oligosaccharides. This reviewsummarizes the physical and chemical properties of stachyose and the research progress in its application in food and health care products as well as poultry,pig and aquaculture and other animal production from the perspectives of improving the composition of intestinal microflora of animals,enhancing immunity and improving animals' performance.
