摘要
长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类长度大于200 bp的非编码蛋白质RNA,具有很弱或没有编码蛋白质的功能,能通过基因印记、表观遗传等,在转录或转录后对基因表达进行调控。随着全球肥胖问题的加剧,调控脂肪代谢的因素成为研究者的焦点。近年来,随着lncRNA功能的不断发现,大量研究报道lncRNA对脂肪沉积具有至关重要的作用。本文将从正向促进和反向抑制脂肪沉积的lncRNA及其作用机制进行综述。
Long noncoding RNA( lncRNA),a class of noncoding RNA with a length of more than 200 bp,has very weak or no coding protein function. LncRNA regulate gene expression by gene imprinting,epigenetic on transcriptional or post transcriptional level. With the aggravation of the global obesity problem,the elements of regulating lipometabolism have become the researchers' focus,and in recent years,a lot of researches reported that lncRNA is essential to regulate fatty deposition. In this paper,we reviewed the role of lncRNA in promoting or suppressing fatty deposition and its mechanism.
