赛庚啶与尼莫地平合用防治小儿偏头痛疗效观察

An observation on the curative effect of cyproheptadine plus nimodipine on children migraine

目的:观察赛庚啶与尼莫地平合用防治小儿偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:治疗组30例采用赛庚啶0.1～0.2mg/（kg·d）和尼莫地平0.2～0.3mg/（kg.d）联合治疗,对照组25例单用赛庚啶治疗0.3～0.4mg/（kg.d）,疗程2～3月,观察头痛发作频率的减少、持续时间的缩短及程度的减轻判断临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率96.7％,对照组总有效率88.0％。结论:赛庚啶与尼莫地平合用防治小儿偏头痛疗效显著。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of cyproheptadine combined with nimodipine on children migraine.Methods:30 Cases in treatment group were treated with cyproheptadine 0.1-0.2mg/(kg.d) plus nimodipine 0.2-0.3 mg/(kg.d)and 25 cases in control group with cyproheptadine 0.3-0.4 mg/(kg.d) ,with a course of 2-3 months.We determined the clinical curative effect through the observation on the reduction of migraine freguency.its lasting time and severity.Result:96.7% under treatment were cured while among those under control, 88% re-sponded to the treatment. Conclusion: It is highly effective to prevent or cure children migraine with cyproheptadine plus nimodipine.
