摘要
为研究蝉花絮凝剂对洗煤废水的絮凝处理效果以及影响絮凝效果的因素,使用提取的蝉花絮凝剂粗品对洗煤废水进行絮凝处理,在尽可能不改变环境因素(温度、洗煤废水pH值等)的前提下,通过改变絮凝剂投加量、氯化钙浓度、颠倒次数等因素以及其对应的絮凝率来寻求蝉花絮凝剂GZUIFR-6722处理洗煤废水的最佳条件。结果表明:针对50 mL的洗煤废水,在蝉花絮凝剂投加体积为2.0 mL,CaCl_2质量分数为2%、颠倒次数为5次且静止5 min的前提下,其絮凝率可达(94.02±1.23)%,絮凝效果为最优,为洗煤废水处理应用中提供理论数据基础。
In order to study the flocculating effect of cicada flocculant to coal washing wastewater and the factors affecting the flocculation effect, On the premise of not changing the environmental factors(temperature, pH, etc.),The extracted cicada flocculant is used to flocculate the coal washing wastewater. By changing the flocculant dosage, calcium chloride concentration and inversion times and other factors, and corresponding flocculation rate, The best condition of cicada flocculant GZUIFR-6722 to treat coal washing wastewater can be found.The results showed that the flocculation rate of washing coal wastewater by cicada flocculant can obtain the best flocculation effect under the premise that the flocculating agent of cicada was 2.0 mL, CaCl2 was2%, 5 times reversed and 5 min still. The best flocculation rate can reach(94.02 ± 1.23)%. The flocculation effect of the above combination is optimal This study can provide theoretical data base for the application of coal mine wastewater treatment.
