珠三角典型塑胶企业挥发性有机物排放特征研究

Source Emission Characteristics of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) from Typical Plastics Industry in the Pearl River Delta Region

选取珠三角某典型塑胶制造企业,采用SUMMA罐采样-冷阱富集-气相色谱质谱(GC/MS)联用技术进行挥发性有机物(VOCs)的组成特征和含量水平检测。检测结果表明:该塑胶企业胶布成型工艺可检出60种VOCs,VOCs组分总质量浓度为3.07±1.00 mg/m^3,涂布工艺可检出27种VOCs,VOCs组分总质量浓度为206.86±47.58 mg/m^3。通过检测处理前后的VOCs浓度水平,表明该企业安装的有机废气处理设备对胶布成型工艺和涂布工艺产生的VOCs治理效果较差。塑料行业应加强监测和治理,大力推行源头替代、过程管理及末端治理。

An observation was conducted at a typical plastics industry in the pearl river delta region, A method for analyzing the composition and the concentration of volatile organic compounds（ VOCs） by SUMMA canisters sampling and pre-concentrated system combined GC/MS was built up in this paper. The results were as follows： 60 VOCs have been analyzed from forming process of plastics, the mean value of total concentration was 3.07 ± 1.00 mg/m^3, 27 VOCs have been analyzed from coating process of plastics, the mean value of total concentration was 206.86 ± 47.58 mg/m^3. The data obtained by detecting concentration of VOCs before or after the treatment will provided the organic waste waste gas treatment equipment has a poor governance efficiency on VOCs by forming process and coating process of plastics. The plastics industry should strengthen monitoring and management, vigorously promote source replacement, process management and end-of-pipe treatment.
