摘要
某光伏产业主要从事开发生产晶体硅太阳能电池、半导体硅胶、太阳能发电设备等,产生了大量具有高浓度F^-、难降解有机污染物和悬浮物等特点的废水。根据废水的特点,采用以"pH值调整+混凝沉淀+UASB+A/O+二沉池"为主体的工艺进行废水处理。经过长时间的调试、运行,结果表明,废水经过处理后可以稳定地达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》表4中的Ⅲ级接管标准,该工艺有效可行,系统运行稳定,耐负荷冲击,处理成本低,处理效果良好。对系统运行过程中容易出现的问题进行了归纳,并提出了相应的解决方法,可为同类光伏废水的处理工程提供一定的参考与借鉴。
A photovoltaic manufacturer is mainly engaged in the development of crystalline silicon solar cells,semiconductor silica gel, solar power generation equipment, etc,which will produce a lot of wastewater containing high F^-,refractory organic pollutants and high suspend solid,etc. The main process of ’coagulation-UASB-A/O-secondary sedimentation tank’ was used to the wastewater treatment. According to a long time commission and operation,the effluent quality was better than the third class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996). And it was stable, high resistance to impact load, low cost and high efficiency. The problems existing in the system are analyzed,and corresponding measures were proposed,providing reference for the similar wastewater treatment projects.
