摘要 本文对铁碳微电解技术处理MB染料废水进行了研究.分别考察了初始浓度、初始p H值、铁碳比、反应时间及反应温度等因素对去除效果的影响.在此基础上确定了最佳反应条件,并对去除机理进行了探讨.实验结果表明,铁碳微电解技术对水体中的MB染料有较好的去除效果.在最佳反应条件:初始p H=4,反应时间为60 min,铁碳比为1.5:1时,MB的去除率达到90%以上.机理分析结果表明,微原电池的氧化还原作用及电极反应产生的活性基团是水体中MB染料降解的主要原因.本课题的开展可为铁碳微电解技术在染料染废水处理领域中的应用提供实验基础和理论指导. In this paper, the treatment of methylene blue ( MB ) dye simulated wastewater by iron carbon micro - electrolysis technology ( ICMT ) was studied. The effects of initial concentrations, initial pH , ironcarbon ratios, reactiontimes and reac-tion temperatures on the MB removal efficiency were investigated, respectively. Based on that, the optimum experimental con-dition was determined, and the mechanisms of MB removal were discussed. The experimental results showed that under this ex-periment conditions, iron carbon micro - electrolysis technology had a better efficiency in removal M B dye from water body. Under the best conditions, initial pH was 4, reaction time was 60 m i n and iron carbon ratio was 1.5 : 1, the removal rate of MB was 90% . The mechanism analysis results revealed that the main reasons of degradation of MB dye were oxidation - reduction of micro - electrolysis and active groups produced by electrode reaction. This subject can be providing experimental basis and theoretical guidance of ICMT used for treatment of dyes wastewater.
