摘要
团队胜任力是创新创业团队成功的一个重要因素。本研究通过查阅文献、问卷调查、专家研讨等方式,以河南省新乡市11个创新创业团队的28位成员和3位创业导师进行回溯式结构化访谈,分析定义了创新创业团队胜任力8个评价维度的23项评价指标。并在此基础上提出了支持向量机的创新创业团队胜任力模型,有效地解决了创新创业团队因组建随意性大而导致创业失败的问题。最后通过算例表明了该模型的有效-性和可靠性。
Team competency is an important factor in the success of an innovative startup team. In this study, through consulting literature, questionnaires, and expert discussions, 28 members of 11 innovation and entrepreneurial teams in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, and 3 entrepreneurial mentors conducted retrospective structured interviews, and analyzed and defined 8 innovation and entrepreneurial team competency evaluation indicators. On this basis, a support vector machine based innovation competency team competency model is proposed, which effectively solves the problem that the innovation and entrepreneurship team is arbitrarily formed and causes entrepreneurial failure. Finally, the validity and reliability of the model are shown by examples.
