摘要
为了避免德都公路改扩建路段基层裂缝和拼接缝反射到路面,对其性能造成损害,选取了常见的五种抗反射裂缝材料进行室内试验,通过物理性能初选、拉拔试验、剪切实验、水稳定、和疲劳试验以及综合成本优选等方法进行试验,结果表明:综合全面考虑,推荐依托工程采用抗裂贴或高应力吸收膜作为基层拼缝的抗裂材料;从性价比方面考虑,首选抗裂贴;从耐久性方面考虑,首选高应力吸收膜。研究结论为青海海西州的沥青路面拼接技术提供了一定的技术参考,对沥青路面拼接施工质量技术的提高具有显著性意义。
In order to avoid base cracks and flat-fell seam of Delingha to Dulan highway reconstruction section base cracks and flat-fell seam reflection to the pavement and damage performance of pavement,five kinds of common reflection crack resistant material were used to indoor experiment,through the physical properties of the primary and drawing test,shear test,water stability and fatigue test as well as comprehensive cost optimization,the results showed that the comprehensive consideration,recommend relying on engineering used crack stick or high stress absorbing membrane as the primary flat-fell seam crack materials,look from the ratio of crack,and preferred preferred considering from the durability of high stress absorbing membrane.Research conclusion provided a certain reference to the splicing technology of Hercynian Tibetan autonomous prefecture asphalt pavement,and had a significant meaning to the joining together of asphalt pavement construction quality.
