摘要
采用桩端后压浆工艺,通过对试桩压浆前后的自平衡法承载力试验,分析桩端后压浆工艺对单桩承载力、桩端承载力以及桩身竖向位移的影响。根据测试结果,比较压浆前后的单桩极限承载力、桩侧摩阻力、桩端阻力和等效桩顶向下位移,分析桩端后压浆工艺的可实施性。结果表明:桩端后压浆技术对提高单桩承载力、减少桩身不均匀沉降具有明显的效果。
This paper introduces the Taizhou Bay bridge engineering pile self balanced test,the influence of post grouting technology on bearing capacity of single pile,bearing capacity of pile end and vertical displacement of pile body are analyzed. According to the test results before and after grouting,ultimate bearing capacity of the single pile,pile side friction resistance,pile tip resistance and the downward displacement of equivalent pile top are compared. The results show that the post grouting technique has obvious effect on improving the bearing capacity of single pile and reducing the uneven settlement of pile body.
