临床上妊娠期肾上腺危象相对罕见,但如果没有及时诊治仍可能会造成母胎死亡。妊娠期恶心、呕吐、乏力、妊娠斑等症状与肾上腺危象临床表现不容易鉴别,使得诊断变得极为困难。本文主要讨论妊娠期肾上腺危象的早期识别、诊断和治疗。

Although the incidence of adrenal crisis in pregnancy is low, but without timely diagnosis and treatment, it may lead to maternal and fetal mortality. The diagnosis of adrenal crisis in pregnancy is veiny difficult, because the symptoms of adrenal crisis are similar to physiological changes in pregnancy, such as pregnancy nausea, vomiting, fatigue and cyasma. This article discusses the early identification, diagnosis and treatment of adrenal crisis in pregnancy.
