Fever is a common symptom during pregnancy. As fever can lead to adverse effects on the pregnant women and fetus, so that it requires a comprehensive and systematic assessment and judgment. This article elaborates the causes of fever, and the effects on offspring and pregnant women, which is in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of fever during pregnancy.
