摘要 目的探讨非热康谱治疗仪不同照射时间对维持性血液透析患者内瘘的影响。方法将我院血液透析患者中使用内瘘的患者分为3组。常规组:血液透析开始至结束不使用非热康谱治疗仪;对照组:血液透析过程中给予非热康谱治疗仪照射,照射距离30cm,照射时间20min;观察组:血液透析过程中给予非热康谱治疗仪照射,照射距离30cm,照射时间40min,观察对患者内瘘的影响。结果使用非热康谱治疗仪照射40min的治疗方式对维持性血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘可以达到最佳效果。结论非热康谱治疗仪对维持性血液透析患者内瘘的照射,可改善患者内瘘血流量、血管弹性;减少透析过程中渗血的发生,预防内瘘阻塞、血栓形成;消除周围血管及皮肤硬结效果显著。 Objective To investigate the effect of non thermal spectrum with different irradiation time on internal fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods The patients used internal fistula in hemodialysis were divided into three groups.Patients in the routine group didn't use non thermal spectrum therapy instrument during hemodialysis.Patients in the control group used non thermal spectrum therapy instrument during hemodialysis, the distance of irradiation was 30 cm and the duration of irradiation was 20 min.Patients in the observation group were given non thermal spectrum therapy instrument irradiation with distance of 30 cm and duration of 40 min, observed the influence on internal fistula. Results The treatment with non thermal spectrum therapy instrument irradiation for 40 min could achieve the best effect on the autologous arteriovenous fistula in the maintenance hemodialysis patients. Conclusion The non thermal spectrum therapy instrument irradiation on maintenance hemodialysis patients, improves blood flow and vascular elasticity of fistula,reduces blood oozing, prevents fistula obstruction and thrombosis during dialysis,significantly eliminates the peripheral vascular and skin induration.
