安宁疗护是社会文明程度的一个重要体现,是人类社会发展的标志之一。在阐述安宁疗护意义的基础上,分析影响安宁疗护效果的相关因素,并从加强普及生命教育和死亡教育、动员全社会关注临终患者群体、部分安宁疗护费用纳入医保、加强团队的业务培训、在社区建立舒缓服务机构等几个方面,提出安宁疗护事业发展的建议。

Hospice care is an important manifestation of the level of social civilization and is one of the symbols of the development of human society.On the basis of clarifying the significance of hospice care,some relevant factors that affect the effect of hospice care are analyzed in order to strengthen the popular life education and death education,mobilize the whole society to pay attention to the dying patient group,part of the cost of hospice care to incorporate medical insurance and promote the team’s business training and establishment of a soothing service facility in the community,etc.Some suggestions for the development of care are discussed.
