肤洁灵治疗儿童“昆明疹”的临床疗效

Observation of the effect of the Fu Jie-ling lotions on the "Kunming dermatitis

目的:观察肤洁灵对儿童“昆明疹”的临床疗效。方法:将我院门诊“昆明疹”患儿随机分为两组,两组采用同样的全身疗法,治疗组局部疗法采用肤洁灵洗浴,对照组局部采用白色擦剂涂擦,观察记录两组疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率和总有效率均优于对照组（P<0.05）,平均起效时间比对照组缩短2.3d。结论:肤洁灵治疗“昆明疹”起效快,明显提高痊愈率,是理想的局部用中药制剂。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the Fu Jie-ling lotions in the treatment of the Kunming dermatitis.Methods: The Kunming dermatitis outpatients in our hospital were divided randomly into the control group were treated with Zinc oxide and the treat group bathed with Fu Jie-ling lotions.Results: After a course of treatment,evidence of the treat group suggests much better curative effect than the control group ( P < 0.05) .And the course in the treat group was shorter than the control group. Conclusion: Application of Fu Jie-ling lotions is a relatively ideal treatment for the Kunming dermatitis.
