摘要
道路施工给交通带来巨大的负面影响,研究施工区引起的延误,有利于寻找对交通影响最小化的施工方案和组织方法。本文回顾了施工区交通延误的相关研究,对施工交通延误模型和工具进行了归纳分类,评价了各类模型和工具的优缺点与适用范围,并分析了现有研究成果的不足。回顾发现,当前的模型可分为单瓶颈和双瓶颈施工区延误计算模型两类:单瓶颈施工区的延误计算模型可分为行驶延误、停车延误和复合延误模型三类;双瓶颈区目前仅有行驶延误的计算模型,尚缺乏停车延误和复合延误模型。当前延误计算模型与工具均是针对国外的高速公路,不能应用于城市道路施工区,有待开发针对我国城市道路施工区的交通延误模型。
Work zones have produced large negative effects on traffic, studying on delays caused work zones is conductive to finding the best work zones scheme and organization methods with the minimum negative traffic impact. Through integrating the research works and software, the paper divides the models and tools into group, evaluates their advantages and disadvantages then analyzes the shortcomings of existing works. The result shows that the present models can be divided to single bottleneck work zone and double bottlenecks work zone. Single bottleneck work zone delay models have three types. They are travel delay model, queue delay model and recombination delay model. Double bottlenecks work zone delay estimation model only have travel delay model in the present, lacing of the other two kinds of delay models. Both delay estimation model and software are aim at overseas freeway, should not be applied to urban road work zones directly. Work zone traffic delay estimation models for urban road remain to be studied.
