基于Petri网的铁路物流中心卸车业务流程优化

Optimizing Business Processes of Railway Logistics Center based on Petri Net

优化铁路物流中心业务流程有利于节约时间成本,提高作业效率。本文以铁路物流中心的卸车业务流程为例,基于Petri网对该业务流程进行建模分析,提出了优化卸车业务流程的措施,并基于MATLAB对卸车业务流程进行仿真。仿真结果表明:优化后的卸车业务流程降低了平均作业周期时间,有效地提高了作业效率。

Optimiz ing business processes in railway logist ics center is helpful to reduce operation time and improve the efficiency. This paper models business processes based on petrinet and takes the unloading process as an example. Finally, the unloading process is simulated through MATLAB. The simulation results indicate that the operation time of unloading process after optimization is reduced and the efficiency is improved effectively.
