摘要
为了在简化施药操作条件下实现小麦防病高产,采用田间试验方法,研究了6种不同药剂拌种对冬小麦生长发育和产量的影响。结果表明:药剂拌种对小麦苗期生长发育有一定的抑制作用,对拔节期生长发育有一定的促进作用。与清水对照(CK)相比,不同药剂拌种处理均可降低冬前小麦的株高、叶面积指数和单株干物质重,增加小麦冬前和拔节期的单株根干重,其中,高巧2 mL/kg+立克秀0.8 mL/kg处理、福蝶套装2.5 g/kg+益微6 g/kg处理、福蝶套装2.5 g/kg处理和40%甲基异柳磷5 g/kg+益微6 g/kg处理均增加了冬前和拔节期的次生根条数,以及拔节期的单株分蘖数、叶面积指数和单株干物质重;不同药剂拌种处理均降低了小麦单位面积有效穗数,增加了其穗粒数和千粒重;不同药剂拌种处理均可增加小麦产量,但与CK差异均未达到显著水平,其中,高巧2 mL/kg+立克秀0.8 mL/kg处理产量最高,较CK增产3.4%。
To realize prevent disease and high yield of wheat under the condition of simplified application of peticides, the effects of six different seed dressing agents on the growth and development and yield of winter wheat were studied in field experiments. The results showed that seed dressing had certain inhibitory effect on the growth and development at seedling stage,while it had promoting effect at jointing stage. Different seed dressing agents could reduce the plant height,leaf area index and dry matter weight per plant of wheat before winter,and increase the root dry weight per plant of wheat before winter and jointing stage. Among them,the treatments of 60% imidacloprid FSC 2 mL/kg+6% tebuconazole FSC 0.8 mL,70% imidacloprid FSC with 40% diphenoxazole SC 2.5 g/kg + microbial inoculum Yiwei 6 g/kg,70% imidacloprid FSC with 40% diphenoxazole SC 2.5 g/kg and40% isofenphos-methyl EC 5 g/kg +microbial inoculum Yiwei 6 g/kg increased the secondary roots at the two stages, and increased the tiller number per plant, leaf area index and dry matter weight per plant at jointing stage. The seed dressing treatments had reduced the effective spikes per unit area,and increased the grain number per spike and 1 000-grain weight. The wheat yield treated with seed dressing agents was higher than that of the control without significant difference. The yield of 60% imidacloprid FSC 2 mL/kg +6% tebuconazole FSC 0.8 mL was the highest, which increased by 3.4% than that of the control.
