糯玉米鲜穗产量与玉米大斑病病情指数及主要农艺性状的灰色关联度分析

Grey Relation Grade Analysis for Fresh Ear Yield,Maize Leaf Blight Disease Index and Main Agronomic Characters of Waxy Maize

为了探究糯玉米大斑病及主要农艺性状与鲜穗产量的关系,为高产育种提供理论依据,通过人工接种鉴定方法和灰色关联度分析法,以15个糯玉米组合和晋单(糯)41为试材,对糯玉米鲜穗产量与玉米大斑病病情指数和农艺性状之间的关系进行了综合分析与评价。结果表明:各性状与糯玉米鲜穗产量之间的关联度顺序为大斑病病情指数>穗粗>鲜百粒重>穗长>行粒数>秃尖长度>穗行数>鲜出籽率>穗位高>生育天数>株高。由此可见,大斑病抗性以及穗粗、鲜百粒重、穗长和行粒数等农艺性状是影响糯玉米鲜穗产量的主要因素,株高对产量影响较小。

In order to provide theoretical basis for the high yield breeding of waxy maize,the relation of fresh ear yield, maize leaf blight disease index and main agronomic characters of 15 waxy maize combinations and waxy maize variety Jindan（ nuo） 41 were analyzed by the artificial inoculation identification and grey relation grade analysis. The results showed that the related degree order of agronomic characters and fresh ear yield was as follows：maize leaf blight disease index ear diameter100-kernel weightear lengthkernel per rowbald tip lengthrow per earfresh kernel rateear heightgrowing timeplant height. The resistance to maize leaf blight,ear diameter,100-kernel weight,ear length and kernel per row were the main factor limiting the fresh yield of waxy maize,while the plant height had little effect on the fresh yield.
