绿豆主要农艺性状的相关与主成分分析 被引量:13

摘要 为了明确高产绿豆品种选育中主要农艺性状的选择依据,以2015~2016年河北省绿豆品种区域试验结果为数据素材,分别采用变异系数、相关性和主成分分析方法,对7个绿豆品种的9个主要农艺性状进行了分析。变异系数分析结果显示,不同性状的变异系数为1.56%~13.60%,其中,单株荚数变异系数最大,生育期变异系数最小;相关分析结果显示,单株荚数与单株产量呈显著正相关;主成分分析结果显示,前3个主成分对变异的累积贡献率达到86.86%。在高产绿豆品种选育中,首先应注重对单株荚数的选育,然后再综合考虑其他性状。 Aiming at clarifying the main agronomic characters in high yield mung bean variety breeding,the data from the regional tested in Hebei from 2015 to 2016 were used,and 9 main agronomic characters of 7 mung bean varieties were analyzed using the variation coefficient analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis. The results showed that the variation coefficient of different characters was 1.56%-13.60%,the biggest variant coefficient was pods per plant and the least value was growth period. There was significantly positive relationship between pods per plant and yield per plant. The cumulative contribution ratio of the three principal components to the total variation reached 86.86%. In high yield mung been variety breeding, the pods per plant should be considered at first,and then the other characters should be comprehensively considered.
