摘要
农业现代化是我国农业发展的必然趋势,土地规模化是现代化农业发展的基础。目前我国土地流转后"非粮化"趋势明显。基于供给侧结构性改革,从粮食安全战略视角出发,通过面源数据、实地调研,深入分析"非粮化"的主要影响因素,提出合理对策与建议,促进河北省土地流转健康、有效进行。
The agricultural modernization is the inevitable trend of agricultural development in China. The scale of land is the foundation of modern agricultural development. The trend of non-grain is obvious after land circulation at present. Based on the structural reform of supply-side, by non-point source data and field survey,the main influencing factors of non-grain are analyzed deeply,and the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to promote the land transfer healthily and effectively in Hebei Province.
