摘要
饮食文化是一种重要的旅游资源,在旅游产业中具有重要作用。文章对闽东饮食文化资源进行分析,主要包括饮食原料、风味小吃、食疗美食、酒以及茶文化,然后根据闽东地区饮食文化旅游资源的开发现状,提出相应的开发对策。
As one of the most important tourism resources, dietacy culture plays an important role in the tourism industry. The article analyzes the food culture resources of Eastern Fujian Province from the perspectives of raw ingredients, flavor snacks, food therapy, tea and liquor before suggesting development strategies based on their status quo.
