“一带一路”下云南面向东盟旅游行政管理人员培训内容及方法

On the Contents and Methods of ASEAN Tourism Administrative Staff Training Conducted by Yunnan in the Era of the One Belt and One Road Initiative

面向东盟国家旅游行政管理人员的培训是营造共建共享"一带一路"良好国内外舆论环境的有效途径。通过调查问卷分析,结合工作经验,培训管理者发现由于培训内容的选择方向不清晰、培训方法单一等原因,导致培训中存在日程变更频繁、培训内容吸引力不足等问题。培训管理者希望围绕培训目的,通过对培训内容和方法的分析,避免问题的出现,从而提高培训管理工作水平,实现培训预期。

ASEAN tourism administration personnel training is an effective way to build up favorable public opinions for joint construction and sharing of the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ initiatives. Through questionnaire analysis and work experience, training managers found that, due to unclear selection of training contents and monotonous training methods, problems have been affecting the training activities, such us frequent changes of training schedule, unappealing training contents and challenges from the trainees. This paper analyzes the training contents and methods in terms of the training objectives so as to improve the level of training manage- ment and achieve training expectations.
