摘要
以烹饪双语教学为例,以"理实一体化"情景教学模式为教学策略,探讨了"理实一体化"应用于烹饪双语教学的优势,在此基础上,设计了西餐双语教学具体教学案例,并针对案例总结了"理实一体化"应用于烹饪双语教学的效果和实施过程中的挑战,以期通过烹饪双语教学改革实践,培养出更多高素质复合型烹饪国际化人才。
This paper analyzes the advantages of bilingual teaching of cookery courses based on theory-practice integration, and explores its application in the course Western Cooking. The effectiveness and challenges of "theory-practice integration" mode are discussed in the hope of providing more well-trained globally competi- tive professionals.
