用波纹管连接的低温液氧容器

摘要 低温容器为深冷容器,内胆的设计温度为-196℃,设计压力一般不会大于1.6MPa。本文设计压力为1.68MPa,内外胆夹层之间采用波纹管连接,利用波纹管的伸缩变形吸收温差产生的变形,该结构大大改善了低温容器的应力水平,为低温容器的制造开辟了一条新途径,最终确保了产品质量提高了生产效率,使低温容器更加适用于研究所的试验工况。 cryogenic vessels for cryogenic vessel,the design of the tank temperature to-196℃,pressure does not generally greater than 1.6 MPa.In this paper,design pressure is 1.68 MPa,a corrugated pipe connection between the internal and external bile sandwich,absorption temperature difference using the bellows telescopic deformation,the deformation of the structure of cryogenic vessels stress level are greatly improved,for low temperature vessel manufacturing has opened up a new way,ultimately to ensure the product quality improves the production efficiency,make cryogenic vessels more applicable to the institute of experimental conditions.
