基于GIS的安徽省气温变化监测管理系统设计与实现

摘要 近年来,气温变化的不规律深刻影响着人们的生产、生活,对气温变化进行有效的监测管理已经成为社会公众关心的热点问题。研究基于Web GIS平台,分析和收集研究区近11年来的气温信息,通过空间插值方法进行插值计算,设计气温信息监测与管理插值模型,建立了气温信息的空间数据库。系统将GIS强大的空间数据处理和空间分析功能都集成于Arc GIS Server可视化平台下,直观反映出研究区气温变化规律及变化趋势,为社会公众及时获取准确的气温信息提供技术支持。 In recent years,the erratic temperature change has affected people's production and life deeply. The effective monitoring management of climate change has become a hot issue ot concern to the public. Therefore,nearly 11 years ot tem- perature informationof study area has been collected and analysed.Then,the interpolation methodare used for interpolation computation. Besides,the interpolation model ot monitoring and managing temperature information is designed and the spatial database ot temperature intomlation has been set up. All steps mentioned upon are based on the WebGIS platform. The system taking advantage of GIS powerful spatial data processing and spatial analysis thnetion are integrated in AreGIS Server visualiza- tion platform,whieh will directly refleet the temperature variation and change trend ot the study area. Finally ,the technical sup- port tier public will be provided tier obtaining accurate temperature informationin a timely manner.
