The Design and Development of the Database of Cadastral Investigation Results

为提高地籍调查成果管理质量与利用效率,促进土地登记管理工作的科学性和规范性,通过结合地籍调查内业生产实际,采用地籍调查数据成果处理与建库的标准化流程,利用Arc GIS Add-in插件和Python语言开发工具包,实现地籍调查内业数据处理与建库批处理。该工具包应用效果良好,大大提高了地籍调查内业数据处理与建库的效率,显著降低了手工作业导致的错误率,进而为土地登记管理工作提供了便利。

In order to improve the quality and efticiency ot Cadastral Investigation Management and promote the sci-enfitieity and normalization ot land registration management, by combining the actual production ot eadastral survey and adopting the standardization process ot eadastral survery data processing and database-building, the toolkit is developed by using the AreGIS Add-in plug-in and Python language,which has realized the batch processing ot eadastral surver data and database-building. The application effeet is good ,which greatly improves work efficiency and reduces the error rate caused by manual operation. Then the land registration management has been faeilitated.
