摘要
对建筑工程竣工验收测量计容建筑面积计算时遇见的阳台、飘窗、花池、结构板、空调挂机搁板等几种常见建筑构造的基础面积、计容面积计算系数进行了探讨,确定合理的计容建筑面积计算方法。
The completion inspection and acceptance of construction works meter capacity building area calculation met the balcony,bay window, lotus pond,plate structure,air conditioning hang up shell area, the foundation of the several common building structure such as meter area calculation coefficient are discussed in this paper, to determine the reason-able capacity building area calculation method of the program.
