新时代我国体育休闲特色小镇建设的机遇、挑战与策略

Opportunities,challenges and strategies of constructing Chinese sports leisure feature town in the new era

运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,对新时代运动休闲特色小镇的概念与内涵、建设价值、机遇、挑战与对策进行研究,旨在对新时代我国体育休闲特色小镇的培育建设提供理论参考。结果显示:新时代体育休闲特色小镇的建设对优化体育产业结构,满足人民群众体育需求;推动新型城镇化建设,优化城乡二元经济结构;推动"全民建身",助力"健康中国"建设具有重要的战略价值。新时代背景下国家政策的保驾护航、体育产业空前发展提供的广阔空间、休闲时代来临带来了新契机,但同时也面临着体育休闲管理人才匮乏,区域经济与产业结构发展失衡,管理体制与运营机制不灵活等问题。因此,建议加强校企合作,加快人才培养,优化产业布局和结构,实现产业跨界融合,改善管理体制,创新运营机制,制定评价体系,实行评估审核。

By using the methods of documents literature, expert interview and logic analysis to study the concept, connotation, construction value, opportunities, challenges and countermeasures of sports leisure feature towns in the new era, so as to provide theoretical reference for the cultivation and construction of sports leisure feature towns in new era in China. The result shows： the construction of sports leisure feature towns in the new era bears important strategic value for the optimization of sport industrial structure, meeting the masses＇ sports needs, pushing forward new urbanization construction, unlocking urban-rural dual economic structure, pushing forward ＂national fitness＂, assisting the construction of ＂healthy China＂. Against the background of the new era, broad space has been brought by the convoy of national policies and the unprecedented development of sport industry, new opportunities have also been brought to the coming of leisure era, in the meantime, there are also problems such as lack of sports leisure management talents, imbalance between regional economic and industrial structure development, inflexibility of management system and operation mechanism. Therefore, the author suggests strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises, accelerating talent cultivation, optimizing industrial layout and structure, realizing cross-industrial integration, improving management system, innovating operation mechanism, formulating evaluation system and implementing evaluation and checking.
