摘要
对我国大型公共体育场馆运营的内外部环境要素进行分析,结果表明:政策、经济、社会需求以及竞争等外部环境要素对大型公共体育场馆实行商业化运营具有积极地推动作用,而内部环境中资源条件配备、组织管理结构、市场战略控制能力以及场馆文化建设的滞后限制了大型公共体育场馆的运营表现,亟需通过商业化运营模式进行革新。
This article analyzes the internal and external factors of the operation of large public stadiums in China, and the result shows: policy, economy, social needs and competition etc, external environmental elements can positively push forward the commercialized operation of large public stadiums, while the lagging behind of resource condition allocation, organization and management structure, market strategic control ability and venue cultural construction have restricted the operation performance of large public stadiums, and there is a pressing need to reform through commercialized operation mode.
