摘要 体育明星加速了体育经纪人的运作,与此同时体育经纪人的形成也促成了许多运动员的明星化,体育明星与体育经纪人可以说是命运共同体,两者的相互合作使双方的自身价值不断提升,甚至为整体体育产业的发展做出了一定的贡献。运动员在找寻体育经纪人对其专业能力进行考量,而体育经纪人在发掘具有明星化潜力的运动员时,也会进行该有的特定模式的考量,故体育经纪人与体育明星的结合具有必然性。 With the transformation and development of sport systematization and the specific package beautifying of the media, sportsmen have become sport stars, gradually commercializing and professionalizing sport, correspondingly, this has bring on many sport industrial activities, in order to coordinate organization and handle the demand-supply problem of sportsmen, therefore the intermediary of sport agent is created. Sport stars have accelerated the operation of sport agents, meanwhile, the formation of sport agents has also facilitated many sportsman' s transformation to stars, sport stars and sport agents are a community of common destiny, sport agents handle sportsman' s business out of the court, while sportsmen make efforts for outstanding performance. The mutual cooperation of both sides keeps increasing each others' value, and even contributes to the overall development of sport industry. Sportsmen examine and weigh the professional abilities of sport agents while looking for them, while sport agents examine and weigh specific modes while digging sportsmen with the potential to become stars, therefore, it is absolutely necessary to combine sport agents and sport stars.
