摘要 对辽宁省男子中长跑运动员高原训练期间训练情况和身体机能状态进行监测,结果显示:(1)高原训练提高男子中长跑运动员血红蛋白水平及血液携氧能力;(2)高原训练能够提高运动员乳酸代谢能力,但血乳酸水平有所下降;(3)经过高原训练,男子中长跑运动员的1500m和5000m跑步成绩有所提高。 In terms of the reseaivh on the exercise situation and physical function testing to the male middle and distance runners in Liaoning Province during altitude training. It's showed based on the result that: (1) altitude training helps male middle and long distance runners to improve their hemoglobin level and enhance their oxygen calTying capacity of blood. (2) Altitude training could help athletes to improve their lactic acid metabolic capacity, and the level of blood lactic acid does' t drop down after altitude training. (3)After altitude training, 1500m and 5000m running performance of male middle and distance runners have improved.
