注意焦点对运动技能表现影响的研究综述

A review of the effects of attention focus on sports skill performance

从注意力焦点的定义及分类入手,对中外有关注意力焦点的文献进行分析研究,梳理出目前支撑注意焦点的三个理论基础,以项群理论划分运动项目,整理了外部注意焦点和内部注意焦点在不同运动项目中产生的影响,旨在为运动技能习得者更快更好地掌握新的运动技能提供参考。

Starting with the definition and classification of attention focus, this paper analyzes and studies the Chinese and foreign documents about attention focus, sorts out the three theoretical principle which supports attention focus at present, divides the sports events according to the event-group theory, sorts out the influence of the external attention focus and the internal attention focus on different sports events, aiming at providing references for skill learners to master new sports skills faster and better.
