京津冀一体化背景下创建优质农产品供应基地的探索——以德州市夏津县为例

Exploring on Creation of the Supply Base on High-quality Agricultural Products under the Integration in Jing-Jin-Ji Area——Taking Xiajin County in Dezhou City as an Example

优质农产品供应基地是德州市对接京津冀一体化的重要功能定位,而夏津县作为德州市的农业大县,其农产品供应基地是重要组成部分之一.本文通过调查分析对夏津县创建优质农产品供应基地进行了研究,结果表明:夏津县在产业基础、战略机遇、发展潜力等方面具有明显优势,且农产品供应基地建设已初具规模,但在农业标准化进程、农业产业化程度、农民科技化水平、农业品牌化意识等方面仍存在明显不足.因此,必须有针对性地在这些方面着力改善,以期为建成供应京津冀的"放心农场"提供理论指导.

Supply base of high quality agricultural products in Dezhou city is an important functional ori entation of the integration in Jing Jin Ji Area, and Xiajin County as an agricultural county of Dezhou cit y is an important composition of the supply base on high quality agricultural products. This paper was conducted to study the creation of the supply base on high quality agricultural products by means of in vestigation and analysis. The results showed that Xiajin County had obvious advantages in the industrial base, strategic opportunity and development potential, and the construction of agricultural supply base had a certain scale, whereas there were significant deficiencies in agricultural standardization process, agricul ture industrialization degree, level of science and technology of peasant and agricultural branding con sciousness. Therefore, targeted efforts must be made to improve these aspects, in order to provide theo retical guidance for the construction of safe farm for the supply to Jing Jin Ji Area.
