摘要
针对目前配电网规划中无法同时保证经济性与可靠性的问题,提出了一种配电网接线模式综合分析方法。该方法通过缺电成本将可靠性指标转化成经济性指标,构建了一种同时考虑经济性和可靠性的综合指标。基于目前我国配电网普遍采用的各类接线模式,建立几种典型配电网接线模式的供电模型,通过经济性指标、可靠性指标和综合指标分析得到最优接线模式。
There is no way of simultaneous guaranteeing the economy and reliability in the distribution network planning, a kind of comprehensive evaluation method for connection mode of distribution network is proposed. This method put reliability index into economy index by power shortage costs, and a comprehensive evaluation index is constructed considering the economy and reliability of connection mode in distribution network. Based on the various connection mode used in power distribution network, the power supply model with several typical distribution network connection mode is established. The optimal connection mode is obtained by the economical index, reliability index and comprehensive index.
