Design of the protective bushing for 10 kV line insulation operating rod

由于乡镇供电所配置的10 kV绝缘操作杆在使用过程中易造成磨损、挤压、金属部分生锈等不同程度的损伤,致使操作杆绝缘性能下降,达不到绝缘合格要求,为此设计了一种新型操作杆保护管。应用效果表明这个设计提高了安全工器具的使用寿命,具有一定的实用价值。

10 kV insulation operating rods installed by the township power supply bureau are liable to make abrasion, extrusion, tarnish of the metal parts during the operation, such damages will cause the insulation performance degrading of the operating rod so as not to satisfy the demands of the insulation qualification. For that reason a kind of new type operating rod protective bushing is designed. The application results show that the design improves the service life of the safety tools and has a certain practical value.
