摘要
大力弘扬"工匠精神",厚植"工匠文化",是培养当代"中国工匠"的题中之义。美国职业教育孕育并塑造了美国特有的"工匠精神"和"工匠文化",对职业的高度认同,不断激发"工匠"的创新求精动力,同时,行业协会对其产生的深远影响等,对重塑我国的"工匠精神"具有重要的借鉴意义。因此,当前我国高等职业教育要积极倡导建立并完善"工匠"职业认同体系,建立健全灵活的教育培养体系,并由行业、企业、学校联合打造,共同促进中国"工匠精神"的回归,使其成为一种长期的价值导向。
Carrying forward the craftsman spirit and fosteringthe craftsman culture are the keys to train contemporaryChinese craftsmen. American vocational education breedsand shapes the unique "craftsman spirit" and "craftsman culture"in the US. It is of great significance to remould the "craftsman spirit" in our country by the high recognition ofthe profession, the constant motivation of the "craftsman"and the profound influence of the industry association.Therefore, the current higher vocational education in Chinashould actively advocate the establishment and improvementof the "craftsman" professional identity system and establisha sound and flexible education and training system, andjointly build the industry, enterprise and school education topromote the return of the Chinese "craftsman spirit", andmake it a long-term value orientation.
