Research and Practice of New Practice Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges——Take Autornobile and Maintenance Technology Specialty for Example

近年来,各高职院校都特别重视顶岗实习工作,也在积极探索新的顶岗实习模式。以重庆机电职业技术学院汽车检测与维修技术专业为例,探讨高职学生顶岗实习新模式研究的意义,分析实习过程中存在的问题,以期通过顶岗实习的模式创新、校企合作内容创新和三级管理制度创新等,不断提高高职学生顶岗实习质量。

In recent years, vocational colleges have attachedgreat importance to post internship and actively explore newpost practice mode. Taking the automobile testing and maintenancetechnology major of Chongqing Vocational andTechnical College for Electromechanics as an example, thispaper discusses the significance of the research on the newmode of post internship for higher vocational students, andanalyses the problems in the process of internship, and focuseson several new models, including the mode innovationof the post internship, the innovation of the school enterprisecooperation content and the innovation of the three levelmanagement system. So as to continuously improve thequality of internship for higher vocational students.
