摘要
人才问题是京津冀协同发展的基础性、战略性问题。河北省经济及产业发展落后于京津地区,人才培养能力薄弱,人才保障制度不完善,导致河北省人才资源存量低、质量差,制约了河北省的产业转型升级。充分利用信息技术的创新成果,构建"互联网+"的新型人才工作模式,有利于提高河北省人才工作的信息化水平和执行效率。
The talent problems are basic and strategic issuesof Jing-Jin-Ji cooperative development. The economic andindustrial development in Hebei lags behind Beijing andTianjin,the lack of capacity to cultivate talent and thefaultiness of guarantee system for talent lead to less stock ofhuman resource and lower quality of human resource inHebei, this restraintsindustrial transformation and upgrading.We should make full use of latest achievements ofinformation technology to construct new methods of talentwork based on "Internet + ", which can improvetheinformatization level and execution efficiency of Hebeihuman resource work.
