乡村振兴战略视角下小三线遗址开发与利用的思考——以江西为例

乡村振兴战略作为新农村建设的"升级版",是贯彻党的十九大精神的重要实践。小三线遗址大部分座落在乡村,可以说,乡村振兴战略和小三线遗址开发与利用具有内在的一致性。江西小三线建设在历史过程中积累了重要价值,有必要对其开发与利用,但其遗址分散、缺乏规划、资源损毁、浪费严重,因此,必须合理规划、开发、利用江西小三线遗址,让其重换新颜,同时推进乡村振兴战略。

As an upgraded version of New Rural Construction,the Strategy of Rural Revitalization is an important practice of carrying out the Party＇s 19th CPC National Congress spirit.Most of the Small Third-line Sites are located in rural areas.It can be said that the strategy for the development of rural areas and the development and utilization of the Small Third-line Sites are intrinsically consistent.The Small Three-line construction in Jiangxi Province has accumulated important values in the historical process and it is necessary to develop and use it.However,due to its scattered sites,lack of planning,resources damage,and serious waste,it is necessary to reasonably plan,develop,and use the sites of The Small Third-line in Jiangxi Province.It renewed its face and promoted the Strategy of Rural Revitalization.
