高血压对阿尔茨海默病患者血浆可溶性CD40及配体水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨高血压对阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer’s disease,AD)患者血浆可溶性CD40(s CD40)及其配体(s CD40L)水平的影响。方法:随机抽取伴高血压的AD患者40例(高血压组)、不伴高血压的AD患者45例(非高血压组)、健康体检正常人群40名(对照组),分别通过MMSE量表、酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定评价各组认知功能、s CD40及s CD40L水平,并经由Spearman相关性分析MMSE评分与s CD40及s CD40L的关系。结果:3组MMSE评分[(10.23±5.47)vs.(14.64±2.39)vs.(27.05±1.86)]分、血浆s CD40[(132.65±10.02)vs.(122.38±12.54)vs.(70.32±10.00)]pg/m L、s CD40L[(614.73±52.64)vs.(535.38±46.92)vs.(164.35±25.49)]pg/m L,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);高血压组MMSE评分与血浆s CD40、s CD40L成负相关(r=-0.823、-0.653,P<0.05),非高血压组MMSE评分也与血浆s CD40、s CD40L成负相关(r=-0.567、-0.519,P<0.05)。结论:AD患者中血浆s CD40及s CD40L高表达,其表达与MMSE评分相关;高血压显著增加AD患者血浆s CD40、s CD40L水平,为AD发生危险因素。 Objective: To investigate the effect of hypertension on plasma soluble CD40( s CD40) and its ligand( s CD40 L) levels in patients with alzheimer's disease( AD). Methods: 40 cases of AD patients with hypertension were selected as hypertension group,45 cases of AD patients without hypertension were selected as non-hypertension group,and 40 cases of healthy subjects were selected as control group randomly. The cognitive function,s CD40 and s CD40 L levels were determined by MMSE scale and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). The relationship between MMSE score and s CD40 and s CD40 L was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. Results: There were significant differences among the three groups in MMSE scores [( 10. 23 ± 5. 47) vs.( 14. 64 ± 2. 39) vs.( 27. 05 ± 1. 86) ],plasma s CD40 [( 132. 65 ± 10. 02) vs.( 122. 38 ± 12. 54) vs.( 70. 32 ± 10. 00) ]pg/Ml,and s CD40 L [( 614. 73± 52. 64) vs.( 535. 38 ± 46. 92) vs.( 164. 35 ± 25. 49] pg/m L( P 0. 05). In the hypertension group,MMSE score was negatively correlated with plasma s CD40 and s CD40 L( r =-0. 823,-0. 653,P〈0. 05),which was the same in the non-hypertension group( r =-0. 567,-0. 519,P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of s CD40 and s CD40 L is high in plasma of patients with AD,and it is significantly correlated MMSE score. Hypertension will significantly increase the levels of plasma s CD40 and s CD40 L in patients with AD,and it is the risk factors for AD.
