呼吸内科住院患者糖皮质激素药物使用情况调查分析

Analysis of glucocorticoid use in hospitalized patients with respiratory medicine

目的:调查统计某院呼吸内科糖皮质激素类药物应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取本院呼吸内科出院病历240份,统计分析糖皮质激素用药情况、适应证、给药途径、剂量等。结果:150例患者使用了糖皮质激素药物,占调查病历的62.5%,共涉及5种激素,主要用药品种为吸入用布地奈德雾化混悬液和注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠。不合理的病历37例,不合理率24.7%,如重复用药、用法用量错误、给药途径不适宜及无适应症用药等。结论:呼吸内科糖皮质激素药物使用基本合理,但仍有一些不合理用药现象。

Objective： To analyze the use of glucocorticoids in the department of respiratory medicine,so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods： A total of 240 medical records of discharged patients were randomly selected for the evaluation of glucocorticoid use,indications,route of administration,dosage,etc.. Results： 150 patients used glucocorticoid drugs,which accounted for 62. 5% of the investigations. A total of 5 hormones were involved,the main medications were inhaled budesonide aerosolized suspension and methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection. The unreasonable medical records were 37 cases,and the unreasonable rate was 24. 7%,such as repeated drug use,usage errors,inappropriate route of administration and no indications medication. Conclusion： It is basically reasonable of glucocorticoids using in respiratory medicine,but there are still some irrational drug use phenomena.
