摘要
为保证背压式母管制供热机组主汽母管压力的可调及稳定,针对其运行特点,结合直接能量平衡法在单元制机组中的应用经验,通过仿真及系统辨识,在比较后分析了控制原则和控制策略,给出了一种区分锅炉调节速率和调节强度,以及利用主蒸汽流量来表征机炉能量平衡的母管主汽压力协调控制策略,实现了母管主汽压力的自动调节,并在某发电厂二期扩建工程3与4号机组上得到了较好应用。
In order to ensure the adjustable and stable pressure of the back-pressure common header system,the paper analyzes and control principle and control strategy after comparison based on the operation characteristic and the application of direct energy balance in the unit system via simulation and identification; besides, it proposes a main steam coordination and control strategy for differentiating boiler adjusting rate and intensity as well as representing boiler energy balance for the purpose of automatic main steam adjustment.The strategy was applied in units 3 and 4 of the phase-II extension project of a power plant.
