摘要 在实际生产活动中,人工检测空调压缩机壳体不仅效率低下而且精度过低。设计并实现了一种基于PLC(programmable logic controller)控制系统的空调压缩机壳体检测设备。该检测设备的控制系统选用三菱Q系列PLC控制器,通过GX-WORKS软件以梯形图的编程方法在PC(personal computer)机上进行控制系统的程序的编写,并使用Pro-face公司生产的GP-4402型真彩LCD(liquid crystal display)触摸屏进行系统参数设置以及运行监控。检测设备利用该控制系统实现了空调压缩机壳体的自动检测功能,不仅提高了检测效率,而且检测精度也得到了大幅提升。 In actual production,artificial detection of air conditioning compressor housing low efficiency but in low accuracy as well. A new type of air conditioning equipment was designed and implemented based on PLC(programmable logic controller) control system. The PLC from Mitsubishi Q series was adopted in the control system of detection equipment. The control system 's program was written by ladder diagram programming with the GX-WORKS software in PC (personal computer),and the system parameter setting and operation monitoring were conducted by the real color LCD (liquid crystal display) touch screen of type GP-4402 from Pro-face. The detection equipment realizes automatic detection for the air conditioning compressor housing with its control system,improving not only the detection efficiency but also the accuracy.
