情感化设计视域下的模块化家具创新研究——以城市新移民为例

Modular Furniture Innovation in Emotional Design Viewport:Focusing on New Urban Immigrants as an Example

通过网络平台信息检索和问卷调查的方法,对城市新移民消费模块化家具产品的影响因素进行分析探讨,进一步明确用户需求。在此基础上,以情感化设计理论为指导,从形态、行为和情感三个层面构建模块化家具体系;以基础模型为示例,从结构框架、连接方式和个性定制三个方面进行构建。按照结构与功能相匹配的思路,完善模块化家具的设计,并结合线上订购和改良的预览方式,进一步提升用户购物体验。回访结果的正面反馈进一步验证了研究结果的合理性。研究表明,将情感化设计理论融入模块化家具产品的设计开发,可有效提升城市新移民对模块化家具的认同感,为模块化家具的创新设计提供借鉴。

The research analyzed and discussed the influence factors of modular furniutre consumption of new urban immigrants through web information retrieval and questionnaire. Based on this investigation and emotional design theory, the modular furniture system was constructed from form, behavior andemotion. It was performed in three ways： framework, joint style and customization with the basic model as an example. The design of modular furniture was optimized based on the thought of well-matchedstructure and function,aswell as the optimization of customer shopping experience combined the online ordering and improved modes. The positive feedback from the revisit can further validate thereasonabiltity of research. The results show that it would elevate the acceptance of new urban immigrants to the modular furniture involved emotional design theory, and would provide references for theinnovative design of modular furniture.
