新型城镇化是现代化的必由之路,是推动区域协调发展、扩大内需和促进产业升级的重要支撑。健康的城镇化发展道路离不开资金的支持,由于投融资机制的不健全,新型城镇化发展中遭遇严重的资金制约问题。本文从新型城镇化投融资这一角度,分析河南省新型城镇化的资金需求和在投融资方面面临的困境,梳理并借鉴发达国家城镇化进程中的投融资模式,从投融资模式和投融资机制两方面进行探讨,从而增强城镇化建设的资金保障能力,加速河南省新型城镇化发展步伐。
