摘要 地方本科高校要培养创新创业人才,必须要有科学合理的人才培养体系。人才培养体系的建立既要结合学校的办学定位,也要遵循创新创业人才成长规律,因此需要在整体视域下从教学体系、实训体系、服务体系三个维度出发来构建,即抓着力点,构建"全过程"培养的教学体系,包括制修订人才培养方案、优化创新创业课程设置、改进教学方法、深化教学管理和完善师资配备;抓关键点,构建"全方位"育人的实训体系,包括搭建创新创业实践平台和开展创新创业实践活动;抓支撑点,构建"全覆盖"指导的服务体系,包括提供系统性指导与一站式服务、针对性指导与持续化帮扶以及培育创新创业文化。 Local universities must have scientific and reasonable personnel training system to cultivate talents for innovation and entrepreneurship. To establish the system of personnel training should be combined with school orientation, also need to follow the rules of innovative entrepreneurial talent growth, so it is necessary to build from thine dimension of teaching. training and service in the whole horizon, which stresses the focus and build "the whole process" of training teaching system, including revising talent training programs, optimizing the setting of innovation and entrepreneurship courses, improving teaching methods, deepening teaching management and im proving teachers' equipment; which grasps the key points and construct the training system of "all -round" edu- cation, including setting up innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform and carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship practice; which grasps the support point and build the "full coverage" guidance service system, including providing systematic guidance and one - stop services, targeted guidance and continued support, and fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.
