地方本科高校要培养创新创业人才,必须要有科学合理的人才培养体系。人才培养体系的建立既要结合学校的办学定位,也要遵循创新创业人才成长规律,因此需要在整体视域下从教学体系、实训体系、服务体系三个维度出发来构建,即抓着力点,构建"全过程"培养的教学体系,包括制修订人才培养方案、优化创新创业课程设置、改进教学方法、深化教学管理和完善师资配备;抓关键点,构建"全方位"育人的实训体系,包括搭建创新创业实践平台和开展创新创业实践活动;抓支撑点,构建"全覆盖"指导的服务体系,包括提供系统性指导与一站式服务、针对性指导与持续化帮扶以及培育创新创业文化。
